We have a no acceptance return policy, which means you can NOT return the products due to it be perishable meats

Exceptions / non-returnable items
all items cannot be returned, due to them being perishable goods please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
